Have mercy on me, oh my Father

For in You my soul finds relief

In the shadow of Your wings

Is a refuge made for me

A refuge till the storm has passed me by

I cry out to God most high

To God who fulfills His purpose for me

He sends from heaven above

His faithfulness and love

And saves me from the ones who would harm me
